Grandma Lisbeth's country caféThe MusikZentrum Hannover has stood for continuous music promotion, professional infrastructure and cultural diversity since 1993. Located in the Vahrenwald district, it is an integral part of Hanover's music scene and offers optimal conditions for musicians of all genres.
The MusikZentrum is located at Emil-Meyer-Straße 26-28 in a former factory building. The hall has a capacity of up to 530 people and is suitable for conferences, productions, rehearsals and cultural events. The technical equipment includes a professional stage, modern sound technology and a high-quality recording studio. Fully equipped rehearsal rooms are also available for band projects.
Several music-related organisations such as the German Rock Music Foundation are based in the building. The MusikZentrum acts as a contact point for promoting young talent, workshops, coaching and project development. The focus is on supporting young talent and strengthening the local music scene.
