On the idyllic farm right next to Hanover Adventure Zoo, the farm restaurant combines passionate cookery with seasonal and regional ingredients and the right amount of zeitgeist. From bowls, burgers, schnitzels and home-made farmyard pasta to the extensive breakfast buffet - be surprised by modern, varied and down-to-earth dishes! 

Regional and homemade 

The menu at the farm restaurant adapts to the fields and crops and, like the seasons, is constantly changing. The team uses regional products and seasonal ingredients. They grow some of the herbs they use themselves, for example, in order to always guarantee good flavour and artisanal perfection. 

Waffle enjoyment and breakfast variety 

The farm restaurant offers a breakfast buffet on Saturdays and Sundays and on public holidays in Lower Saxony from 09:00-11:00. Make your own homemade waffle with chocolate sauce, crumble or apple sauce. Homemade jams and chocolate spread are available as well as savoury treats.
